1. Leverage user feedback and insight to drive product development and innovation. 2. Go beyond the number/metrics and help address answers to the ‘why’, including deeper analytics for industry/competitor/consumer/product 3. Represent the customer; identify key opportunities to build an excellent purchase experience. 4. Maintain a junior team member’s research quality for several tactical studies based on the research methodology principle. 5. Manage end-to-end research projects starting from gathering requirements from the stakeholder to translating the insights into actionable business action.

Persyaratan:

Job Requirement 1. Have experience of at least 5 years in Market research/Management Strategic both on the agency or manufacturer side. 2. Strong in Quantitative methods and good in qualitative methodology 3. Sounds logical and have a strong background in strategical mind framework 4. Have rich experience in the NPS study, shopper study, both ad-hoc and tracking 5. Rich experience and strong interest in smartphone or IoT products will be preferable 6. Familiar with data analytics tools such as SPSS, STATA, QPS, etc. 7. Fluent in English 8. Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (WORD, PPT, Excel, etc) 9. Familiarity with Power BI will be a good advantage.
